Dynamic Urgent Care: 180 conversions from the Google Ads campaigns we built
Dynamic Urgent Care is an urgent care clinic in Kennesaw, Georgia, about 40 minutes from Atlanta. They came to us in mid-2024 wanting a steady flow of new patients from Google. The catch was that big hospital systems already owned most of the search results and ad space around them. We ran their Google Ads from June to November 2024.

Where things stood
A local clinic up against hospital budgets
Search for urgent care around Kennesaw and you'll see the big hospital systems first. They have the brand names and the ad budgets, and they show up for almost everything in the 30152 area.
Dynamic Urgent Care couldn't outspend them, and they didn't need to. What they needed was to show up for the people searching right now for somewhere to go, and make it easy for those people to call or book.
What we did
High-intent searches first, then more reach
We started with Search campaigns built around urgent care and walk-in clinic searches. These are people who need to see someone today or tomorrow, so that's where the budget went first.
Every ad led to a landing page made for urgent care visits, with a phone number that's easy to tap and a short appointment form. Once the campaigns had enough conversion data, we added Performance Max to reach more people nearby without losing control of cost.
At the same time we worked on the clinic's Google Business Profile, so they'd show up better in the map results too. Paid and local search ended up supporting each other.
What happened
Calls from the first day, and a steady flow after that
The first calls came in on the day we launched. We managed the account from June to November 2024, and the campaigns we set up kept running after we handed it over. Over the first twelve months they got 1,350 clicks and 180 conversions, which works out to about $52 each.
For an independent clinic competing with hospital systems, that's a dependable source of new patients they control. They're not waiting on walk-by traffic or hoping the hospitals leave some room in the search results.
